Sophie’s desire to become a chiropractor came from the benefits she felt during her own treatment as an athlete. Sophie is one of the UK’s top shot put and discus throwers currently ranked in the top 10 in the U.K for shot put. Sophie currently stands as 3x U.K. age group record holder, earned 31 national medals from U13-Senior age groups, Weber State University Shot Put school record holder and 2018 Commonwealth Youth Games bronze (discus) and silver (shot put) medalist.
